Quality Assurance
It is very important to us that you receive your Cinnie Smiths order at the very peak of their perfection. Cinnie Smiths are susceptible to extreme heat. To avoid spoilage due to high temperatures, once prepared, Cinnie Smiths are promptly frozen than packaged with gel ice packs or equivalent and insulated wrap when shipped. Upon receipt your Cinnie Smiths should be thawed out and ready to heat and eat. We can ensure freshness for up to two days in the refrigerator and up to six months if placed in the freezer.
Order Processing
All orders received before 12:00 noon Central Time on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, will be shipped the same day. All orders received after 12:00 noon Central Time on Monday, Tuesday will be shipped the next day. All orders received Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday. Please note that orders are not processed on holidays as our shipping partners are closed on these days.
Shipment Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email notice to the billing partys email address as soon as your order ships. A tracking number will be provided for all UPS shipments. Additionally, you may track your UPS shipments anytime simply by clicking on the UPS logo in the Cinnie Store of our website.
